Last updated: 3 September 2026
NOVUS respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or contact us, how we use it, and the rights available to you.
1. Who we are

2. Information we may collect
Depending on how you interact with NOVUS, we may collect:

The NOVUS website itself does not include contact or sign-up forms. Where you get in touch, it is by emailing us directly or by booking a call through Calendly, both of which are described below.
3. How we use your information
We may use personal information to:

4. Our lawful basis
Where applicable, we process personal information because:
- it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or to perform a contract;
- it is necessary for our legitimate interests in operating, developing and selling NOVUS, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights; or
- we are required to process the information to comply with a legal obligation.
5. Calendly and third-party services
When somebody clicks "Book a conversation", they are taken to Calendly to schedule a call. Calendly processes information according to its own privacy practices. NOVUS may also use service providers involved in hosting, communications, email and business operations.
6. Cookies and analytics
The NOVUS website does not currently use non-essential advertising or behavioural tracking cookies. If analytics are added in future, this policy — and any consent mechanism required — will be updated before those tools are enabled.
7. How long we keep information
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including business, legal, accounting and regulatory requirements.
8. Sharing your information
We may share information with trusted service providers where necessary to operate NOVUS, for example hosting, scheduling, communications and professional services. We do not sell personal information.
9. International transfers
